Who is responsible

Clínica Lista, operated by [legal entity name and address pending; they will be listed here before any charge]. For any privacy matter, write to us through the form on the home page and mark it "Privacy" or "ARCO rights".

What we collect

From the pilot form: clinic name, your name, email, clinic WhatsApp (optional), city, specialty, website (optional) and your message. This site does not ask for sensitive or health data.

How we use it

• To contact you about the pilot, set it up and follow up (primary purpose).
• We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who it is shared with

With the providers that run the service: web hosting (Vercel, US) and database (Supabase, US). This is a transfer to the United States, needed to provide the service you request.

Patient data during a pilot

When the assistant runs on a clinic's website, the clinic is responsible for its patients' data and must show its own privacy notice; we act as a processor and use that data only to run the assistant on the clinic's behalf. Conversations are processed by a commercial AI model provider. Details are agreed in writing with each clinic before installation.

Your rights (ARCO)

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data, or withdraw consent, through the form marked "ARCO rights". We answer within 20 business days at most.

Any change will be posted on this page with its date.
